2. Showroom Listings & Inventory Accuracy
Our Website serves as a curated digital showroom showcasing high-quality modern vehicles, everyday drivers, premium electric models, and classic selections for all budgets and lifestyles.
- Information Accuracy: While we endeavor to ensure all specifications (including mileage, options packages, colors, price, and VINs) are accurate, typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur. Monarc Motors reserves the right to correct any errors without prior notice.
- Listing Status:Vehicles designated as "Available," "Pending," or "Acquired" are updated dynamically. A listing status on the Website does not constitute a guaranteed offer of sale or final availability.
- No Binding Offer: Visual assets, images, and prices displayed do not represent a legally binding offer to sell a vehicle. All transactions are subject to private contract execution and formal dealership verification.
3. Showroom Inquiries & Viewing Policy
Submission of an inquiry form represents a request for information and does not establish a contractual booking.
Private showings at our Roswell showroom (located at 785 Myrtle Street, Roswell, GA) are scheduled strictly by appointment only and are subject to verification. We reserve the absolute right to refuse service or deny showroom access requests at our sole discretion.
4. User Conduct Restrictions
You may not use the Website for any purpose other than that for which we make the Website available. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any portion of our database connections, files, or Next.js components.
- Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious inquiry forms, or spoof user parameters.
- Attempt to bypass security constraints, including RLS rules set on our Supabase PostgreSQL servers.
- Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, keyloggers, or other malicious software targeting our Web servers.
- Use scrapers, robots, spiders, or automated crawlers to harvest inventory details.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Website is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, design layout tokens, styling configurations, graphics, logos (including Monarc Motors marks), serif headings, and high-resolution vehicle photographs are owned or licensed by us and are protected by trademark and copyright laws.
No part of the Website or Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, or distributed for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL MONARC MOTORS, ITS PRINCIPALS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
